I have a friend who has autism and who one day was panicking because he’d started bleeding out of his belly button. He asked a friend about it, and that friend made it worse by convincing him he had serious internal bleeding. I helped  calm my friend down until his mom could come get him. She was not very happy that someone told him he was internally bleeding, but was happy he had confided in me and that I had shared the information with someone who could get

help right away. The positive part of this story is the fact that he trusted me enough to tell me.
